Plant Care: Can be placed outside during Iowa summers, morning light with afternoon shade. Place pot outdoors in sunlight for a few hours for several days increasing time gradually to get the plant acclimated to the outside. Place pot in bright, indirect light with high humidity, with temperatures above 50 to 60 degrees fahrenheit during night time hours. If temperatures drop below 50 degrees fahrenheit, bring plant indoors. Water plant by keeping their central, main stem cup half-full with water. It's important to replace this water once a week to avoid bacteria. These plants don't require fertilizer.
